Ad-Hoc / On Demand request to upgrade to Vista

• You may have a specific requirement to upgrade to Vista before others in your area. 
• DE will do our best to accomodate these requests in conjunction with your School Manager / Head of School

This is how it works

• Contact the ITS Service Desk and advise them that you would like your computer upgraded to Vista .
• The DE team will call you to determine what software/peripherals you have and whether they are Vista ready.  We need to confirm:-
  • Your contact details
  • The computer you currently use
  • The peripherals you use
  • The software/applications you require
• As long as we can meet those requirements we will aim to do your upgrade as soon as is practical. 
• These types of upgrades are always subject to other requests and planned school upgrades.
