Quota carry over
At the end of each quota period university funded quotas are set to zero and a new quota is provided, however, self funded quotas remain with students permanently.
Course readers Essential course readers that are available in hard copy only, are provided free to students by their Schools.
Non-essential course readers or essential course readers that are provided on-line, sometimes may also be made available to students in hard copy on a cost-recovery basis through the Image and Copy Centre.
Essential or non-essential course readers that are provided on-line only, may be printed in monitored undergraduate computer suites as part of each student's print quota. Students are advised to print only according to their needs, as course readers are often lengthy and can consume print quotas leaving little opportunity for other printing.
