How do I release my document on the printer? How do I scan to me? How can I check how much this print will cost? I forced Black and White when releasing my print job but I am charged for colour I have printed a document but it is not showing on the printer display
Windows Error: Incorrect Student ID and Password Windows Error: Operation Timed Out iOS Error: All print outs are full colour
How do I print one side?
- Printing preferences
- Detailed Settings
- Edit
- Change "Duplex" to off
How do I release my document on the printer?
- Swipe your card to log onto the printer
- Select your document
- Tap on "Print"
How do I scan to me?
- Swipe your card to log onto the printer
- Tap on "Exit"
- Choose "Scan to Me"
- Scan your documents by pressing "Start"
- Once you have finished, please # to email the document
How can I check how much this print will cost?
- Once you log onto the printer, it will display your total Print Quota. As you select your document to print, it will then display some details of your print job including the cost.
I forced Black and White when releasing my print job but I am charged for colour
- Forcing black and white will not change the cost real time. You can check your print costs online via Student Printing Services or re-log onto the print station
I have printed a document but it is not showing on the printer display
- You may experience delays when printing large documents. Please tap on "Refresh" to check again.
- Your print jobs are assigned by your Student ID. Please make sure you are logged on with your Student ID

iOS Error: All print outs are full colour
- As you release your print, please select "Force B/W".
