New Mobile Phone Survey

The performance of our vendors is very important to Technology Services. All staff recieving a new mobile phone are sent a survey to rate their experience with the setup of their phone by the Telstra T[life] shop in Rundle Mall.

Each month the results are discussed with our T[life] Account Manager with them expected to provide us with their improvement plans.
