New Computer Survey

The performance of our vendors is very important to Technology Services. All staff recieving a new computer are sent a survey to rate their experience with the setup of their computer by Datacom.

Each month the results are discussed with our Datacom Account Manager and they are expected to provide us with their improvement plans.
