Student Profiling in the Data Warehouse

Target Audience

This course is suitable for staff who provide support for decision-making processes, often dealing with complicated questions requiring a large amount of data from various sources to be combined and analysed to provide an answer.

Overview

Oracle Discoverer is a web-based application that allows users to access the data warehouse and retrieve University-wide information. This information can then be summarised, sorted and graphed. It can also be explored, analysed and managed in an intuitive and free-form fashion without the need to learn complicated report writing techniques.
