Target Audience

This course is aimed at staff who need to determine what invoices have been sent to students, and whether any refunds have been made.

Overview

This course describes how to view details of invoices and refunds, and how to print copies of invoices and statements.

Prerequisite and Co-requisite Courses

Staff are required to have attended Express Reports before attending Student Financial Inquiries and Processes.

At the completion of the course, attendees will be able to:

1. Perform invoice inquiries.
2. Print a copy of an invoice.
3. Print an ad hoc statement.
4. Perform a refund inquiry.
