Microsoft Office Specialist Courses

Technology Services offers general training courses in the use of Microsoft Office. Training is available free of charge to University of Adelaide staff and postgraduate students.

Training is strongly recommended before assessment is attempted, and we hope that the majority of people who attend training will go on to sit an exam and become a Microsoft Office Specialist in one or more areas.

Please read the course outlines to select the appropriate level. You don't need to attend all sessions, but please note that each session assumes knowledge of the skills taught in all previous levels. Therefore, you need to make sure you can perform all the tasks covered in previous sessions if you choose to begin part way through the sequence of modules.

The training team is currently unable to provide training in Microsoft Access 2007.

The sample files used in all Microsoft Office courses are available for download. Please note that our licence agreement restricts access to staff and students who have completed the relevant courses.
