The IT face-to-face courses provided by Information Technology Services Training are tailored to the needs of University staff. If you are a student, or a staff member having difficulty attending face-to-face courses, ITS Training is able to offer an alternative via online tutorials in MyUni. These tutorials complement the face-to-face courses offered by ITS Training and cover the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Interactive tutorials are available with or without audio and are accessed via MyUni. As the tutorials are in MyUni, you are able to access them from the University campus or at home.

To ensure that the courses are available to as many people as possible, and to meet our licensing agreement, staff and students who wish to undertake one or more of the courses must enrol using the online booking form which will automatically enrol you in the course/s. Once enrolled, the course will appear in the "My Current Courses" area on your MyUni home page.

Costs and Access

The licensing for online courses is being funded by Information Technology Services. Our licensing restricts us to 1,000 concurrent users. To enable as many people as possible to use the online courses, you will be restricted to enrolling in a maximum of 2 courses and each enrolment will last for 3 weeks after which time you can then enrol in another course. If you were unable to complete a course during the 3 weeks you can re-enrol after this period.

If you complete a course early you are able to use the online booking form to un-enrol from a course and then enrol in a new course.
