Have you tried following the guides from our Get Connected section but are still having issues? Below is some information on the most common issues experienced by clients.

This is a common issue and is normally caused by proxy configuration in your web browser. If you can access University intranet ok (e.g. http://www.adelaide.edu.au) but cannot access external pages (e.g. http://www.google.com.au) then please visit our proxy page for instructions on how to update your proxy configuration on most common browsers.

Please seek support should you continue to have issues.

Some clients continue to ask for your credentials even though you have entered them correctly, this can give the appearance that you are denied access. Unfortanately some clients require you to enter your details up to 5 times, though 1 - 3 times is more common. Until we can determine as resolve this issue, do try upto 5 times.
