Student Support

Student wireless support is available at through Face to face Student IT Support.

All other wireless enquiries outside of semester time should be directed to the IT Helpdesk.

Staff SOE Support

Support for University Staff with Standard Operating Environment(SOE) computers is available through the IT Helpdesk.

Staff Personal & Visitor Support

Support provided for wireless only on personally owned devices through the IT Helpdesk.

Phone support available on the spot

On-site support available to setup wireless with conditions:

  • Maximum 4 Hour turnaround for North Terrace Users
  • Maximum 8 Hour turnaround for Waite and Roseworthy Users
  • Maximum 30 minutes spent
  • If onsite support determines there are problems with the device preventing a connection this will be the responsiblity of the user to have resolved.
