Getting Help for your MAC

For Macs that have been configured for support (by a reseller or previously configured by Technology Services) please call the Technology Service Desk on 33000.

This support will then be provided as per the agreed Mac support model.

For Macs that have not been configured for support please use the following process.

1. Raise a "time and materials" purchase order for Datacom to action at a cost of $100 / hour*
2. Contact Datacom on 1300 182 768
3. This will be logged and assigned to an End User Computing Officer (EUC)
4. EUC will contact to arrange a time to provide support
5. Upon completion Datacom will raise an invoice for payment

*NOTE: All purchase order details will be required at the time on contacting Datacom to proceed with support.
