Support for University Owned Computers Off Site

ITS supports University owned computers that are kept off-site, or at home.

Procedure

The ITS helpdesk provides telephone and email support for all university owned computers and IT services. If a University owned computer kept at home requires the support of a technician, an arrangement must be made to bring it into the ITS offices. These are located at level 9, 9 Gawler Place (access via lifts in Rundle Arcade), Adelaide. ITS does not provide a home-visit support service.

Costs

Costs will be covered by your relevant academic faculty.
