Warranty ProcessingIf a University owned computer purchased through Datacom Systems SA develops a fault during it's warranty period, call the ITS Helpdesk. ITS will assess the situation, fix the problem if it is not a warranty issue or log a call with IBM. Datacom Systems SA does not have a role in warranty issues. |
