Support for Non-Standard/Personal ComputersWindows ComputersDatacom can provide support for the following items, via the Datacom Support Request form:

CostsDatacom will provide support for a fee of $140 per hour (ex GST) or part there of, minimum charge of 1 hour. One-Way travel costs will be incurred for all sites (excluding North Terrace & Waite campus). Datacom require a Purchase Order before they can process a support request. Please note that they do not accept cash, cheques or credit card payment. TimelinesDepending on the severity and Datacom workload, this can take up to two weeks.
Macintosh ComputerSupport for personally owned the Macintosh is performed by NextByte. Please complete "Authorization for Personal Access to the University Network" form. This service will be charged at their standard hourly rate. Policies
