Support for Non-Standard/Personal ComputersSupportDatacom can provide support for the following items, via the Datacom Support Request form:

CostsDatacom will provide support for the following hourly charges (ex GST): - $70 per hour for, items purchased through Datacom - $90 per hour for, items purchased elsewhere or part there of, minimum charge of 1 hour. One-Way travel costs will be incurred for all sites (excluding North Terrace & Waite campus). Datacom require a Purchase Order before they can process a support request. Please note that they do not accept cash, cheques or credit card payment. TimeframesDepending on the severity and Datacom workload, this can take up to two weeks.
