This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the University of Adelaide’s quality assurance processes.

You will be contributing to improving student experience by providing assistance in a range of projects relating to quality assurance/enhancement  eg through reviewing learning and teaching policies, and supporting University committees and working parties related to learning and teaching. You may also be required to provide professional administrative support to reviews within the University as they are an integral part of the University’s approach to quality assurance.

As part of the Quality and Reviews team you will provide support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) and contribute to a systematic approach to quality assurance processes and quality enhancement at the University. Position Requirements

You should have:

  • Knowledge and experience with committee structures and procedures and the ability to provide professional administrative support to committees
  • Experience in synthesising large amounts of information, both qualitative and quantitative, and in preparing reports
  • High level organisational, administrative and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage work
  • Well developed interpersonal skills including both excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary

Salary: (HEO7) $ 68,584 - $ 76943 per annum.

Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 9% applies

Term of Position

This full-time, fixed term position is available from March 2012 for a period of 12 months in the first instance.
