We are seeking an experienced project officer with excellent communication skills to join the Major Projects Unit. You will undertake projects relating to various portfolios in the Division including the preparation of scoping documentation, implementation plans, reports and position papers. You will also provide executive support to University-level committees.

Position Requirements

You should have:

• experience in providing executive support to high level committees
  
• experience in the collection, analysis and synthesis of data
  
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  
• demonstrated ability to work as a team member and to lead a team
  
• demonstrated management experience in a tertiary educational environment
  
• the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to organise work priorities, and meet deadlines

Salary

(HEO8) $69,597 – $78,298 per annum.

Superannuation

An employer superannuation contribution of 17% applies.

Term of Position

This continuing position is available immediately.
