The School of Medical Sciences offers a dynamic research-intensive, learning environment that nurtures the development of our students to their full potential, and fosters excellence in interdisciplinary research and teaching.  An expansion in staff numbers will occur in the immediate future with the continuing growth of the teaching and research base within the School.

The staff member filling this position will provide administrative support to the School’s teaching and research activities, with particular focus on supporting the chair of each of the three committees driving the School teaching and research agendas.

Position Requirements

You should have:

  • Competency in the use of computer software and experience in the use of standard MS-Office software tools.
  • Demonstrated experience relating to timetabling and related student administrative systems (Peoplesoft, Syllabus Plus, Data Warehouse, etc.) in a tertiary institution or equivalent
  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality, customer service
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.

Salary

Full-time: (HEO4) $49,298 – $54,224 per annum.

Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 17% applies.
