We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised individual to undertake this new role, working closely with the Academic Program Administrator in providing support to the students in the Bachelor of Health Sciences.  To be successful in this role, we are seeking someone who will provide high quality administration, exceptional customer service and possess well developed computing skills.

The successful candidate will assist with the course information and scheduling requirements for the program.  The ability to communicate with academic staff and meet tight deadlines is a critical element of this role.  Strong planning skills and the desire to continuously improve processes will contribute to the School of Population Health and Clinical Practice’s objective to improve learning and teaching outcomes.

Position Requirements

You should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in office practices
  • Well developed written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated high level customer services related skills
  • Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.

Salary

Salary: (HEO4) $49,298 - $54,224 per annum,  pro rata at (0.5FTE).  The successful applicant will be appointed at an appropriate level depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 9% applies

This fixed-term part time position is available immediately, at 0.5FTE for a period of 6 months.
