We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to be responsible for file creation and document registration, the identification and classification of records, monitoring data integrity while providing timely and efficient customer service to the wider University community. Your role will be vital to the management of University records and your contribution will be highly valued. Your familiarity with TRIM will be highly regarded however if you are extremely computer literate and have had considerable exposure to other information management systems then we would like to hear from you.

Position Requirements

You should have:

  • demonstrated experience with TRIM or an alternative information management software with an ability to acquire TRIM knowledge quickly
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience in managing records in accordance with established record control systems including document registration and file creation using both a functional thesaurus and disposal schedules
  • excellent keyboard and computing skills.

Salary

Salary: (HEO4) $49,298- $54,224 per annum.

Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 17% applies.
