This is a great opportunity to work on a business wide change program. With a focus on developing internal and external communications and managing complex stakeholder relationship, this role will allow you to further develop your communications and business change readiness capability.
Supporting a significant system upgrade and implementation, the Communications and Change Analyst will hold accountability of assisting the Change Manager to:
- Develop communications in accordance with the communication strategy and master messages.
- Act as a change agent to the stakeholders and project team
- Identify and analyse system, business and organisational changes, determine strategies and actions that need to be undertaken to support change.
- Prepare the organisation for the transition to new ways of working
- Assist in development and implementation of change readiness assessment.
Position Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Significant experience working on complex cultural and organisational change
- Demonstrated experience working in technology enabled change programs and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to liaise and influence with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in the higher education sector is desirable
- Experience in HR, payroll or student administration is desirable

This 3 - 6 month contract is available immediately.
