We are seeking well-organised, team oriented data entry personnel to assist in the implementation of data management tools, data entry, data cleaning and filing maintenance for multiple studies managed by the Data Management & Analysis Centre.
Position Requirements
You should have the following experience and abilities:
- the ability to ensure that all processes and procedures associated with the management of study data, including data entry, storage and retrieval, are carried out with meticulous attention to detail
- experience in the use of the Microsoft software suite and/or other programs in a PC environment
- the ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment
- the ability to learn and adapt to new procedures associated with the conduct of research studies
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:
- experience in supporting medical research
- experience using Microsoft Access
- post-secondary qualification and/or relevant experience.
Salary
Salary: (HEO3) $28.04 - $31.96 per hour casual rates. Junior rates apply to those persons 20 years of age and under.
Superannuation
Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 9% applies
Term of Position
These casual positions are available from 27th February 2012 with flexible hours of up to 5 days a week until 30 June 2012 in the first instance.
