Enterprise Bargaining

The new enterprise agreement must clearly underpin the University of Adelaide's strategic directions and provide a platform to respond to future challenges in the Higher Education Sector.

Professor Pascale Quester, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and President (Academic) has been appointed as the Leader for the next round of enterprise bargaining. Professor Quester seeks to negotiate a new enterprise agreement that clearly underpins the University of Adelaide's strategic directions and provides an effective and efficient platform to respond to the future challenges facing the University.

The University of Adelaide's Enterprise Agreement 2010 - 2013 is a three year enterprise agreement which was approved by Fair Work Australia and given operational effect on 1 March 2011. The enterprise agreement comes to its nominal expiry date on 31 March 2013.

The next round of enterprise bargaining will adopt an approach to bargaining that enables a co-creation of our workplace. You will be asked to provide input throughout the bargaining process, which will prescribe our future working entitlements.
