The University of Adelaide is about to commence enterprise bargaining negotiations with the NTEU and other unions to replace the current University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2010 – 2013 for academic and professional staff.

Under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the University of Adelaide has an obligation to notify staff that will be covered by a new enterprise agreement of their rights to be represented by a bargaining representative.

All staff covered by the current University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2010 – 2013 are notified of their representational rights, please refer to Notice of Representative Rights.

If you wish to appoint a bargaining representative, please email your notice of appointment to Ms Tassi Georgiadis, Director, Human Resources at tassi.georgiadis@adelaide.edu.au

If you are currently a member of a union you only need to provide advice to the Director, HR, above mentioned, if you wish for a person other than your union to act as your bargaining representative.
