Course Profile Template
An updated word version of the 2012 template is available for staff who wish to prepare a word version that can be pasted into the database. The links in the template have been updated for 2012.
There are two supporting documents to consult when completing the Course Profile template:
- Guidelines to assist with the completion of each field is provided.
- Text standards that apply when updating data in section 1.1.

Unable to access the database
Staff are generally unable to access the database either because they have not been granted access or they are off campus.
If access has not been provided, staff members should arrange for their School Manager or someone in authority to provide details of their Full name, Staff ID, Email address, School Details and the Subject Areas to be added to their account via an email to the contact listed below.
If staff are off campuse then the University's firewalls may be preventing access and staff should 'VPN-in' by following the instructions on the ITS website.
