Legal Compliance Framework
Legal & Risk has developed a Legal Compliance Framework for implementation across the University in 2009-2012. The framework provides a consistent approach to managing compliance and risk, and has been designed to foster a strong compliance culture at the University.
The University's commitment to compliance is affirmed by the Legal Compliance Policy.
The main features of the framework are:
- Website - providing links to relevant legislation and educational material
- Legislation update and communication process
- RMSS system - used to record, notify and manage compliance activity
- Annual certification process
