Other Internal Stakeholders
For certain types of contracts - such as capital works, intellectual property commercialisation or international agreements - there are specialists within the University who have extensive expertise in managing them. If you are undertaking such an agreement, you must consult with those specialists who will help you work out the best way to proceed. For some agreements, there may even be a pre-determined process to follow.
