MIMSIVS Full, detailed prescribing information, classified by therapeutic category, on all veterinary drugs available for prescription by veterinary practitioners throughout Australia. Also provides general reference information such as adverse experience reporting forms, exotic disease outbreak protocols, and wholesaler and distributor information Access: Available at Roseworthy Library and Roseworthy Campus, School of Agriculture & Wine only. Prime Notes Contains fact sheets and research summaries from all departments of primary industries and agriculture Australia-wide. Topics covered include crop production, horticulture, pastures, aquaculture, landcare, animal husbandry and health, farm safety and farm business management. PubMed (Medline) A free, customised version of Medline, PubMed, which includes links to full text articles (University of Adelaide users only) and sequence databases. Time span: 1984+ Science Citation Index see Web of Science SciFinder Scholar (Chemical Abstracts online) The database version of Chemical abstracts, indexes chemical, biochemical and chemical engineering journals, patents, books, conferences, dissertations. It is based on the CAplus, CASREACT, and Registry databases from Chemical Abstracts Service. It also includes the Medline database. You can use the database on student/staff computers in all the Libraries. Access from outside the Library in University Departments needs installation of software -- follow the link for instructions. Access: Freely available to all. Scopus Scopus is a large abstract and citation database of research literature and quality web sources. It covers subject areas including Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Physical and Social Sciences. Scopus also includes the historical material published by American Chemical Society (back to 1879), the Springer archive (back to 1869) and is loading the archives of Elsevier (back to 1823), Institute of Physics (back to 1874), American Physical Society (back to 1893), American Institute of Physics (back to 1939), Royal Society of Chemistry (back to 1841) and the journal Nature.
