Arbor Nutrition guide - food composition

Food composition Food Standards Australia New Zealand.  Information on Australian food and nutrient composition data in a range of electronic and printed formats. Includes :

NUTTAB A food composition publication containing data on the nutrient content of foods available in Australia.
The publication is available in three versions to cater for user needs:

The NUTTAB Food Composition Tables: These tables contain data for approximately 1750 common foods and up to 29 nutrients. This version is presented in PDF format for users to download and print.

The NUTTAB 2006 Online Version: This version contains approximately 2600 foods and includes nutrient values for up to 169 nutrients. The Online Version includes a search function for easy food and nutrient finding.

The NUTTAB 2006 Electronic Release: This version contains approximately 2600 foods and includes nutrient values for up to 169 nutrients. These data are available for upload directly into specialised databases and are available upon request directly to FSANZ via email.

NUTTAB95: An electronic database providing data on the major nutrients for some 1,800 foods, expressed per 100g edible portion.

AUSNUT 1999: A compilation of 7 inter-related data files, based on the technical support files for the 1995 Australian National Nutrition Survey. The files provide numerical and descriptive data on over 4,500 foods including nutrient values for 28 nutrients, food names and brand name pointers, food measures, recipe ingredient details, nutrient retention factors and nutrient definitions.

AUSNUT Sodium Data File: A data file containing sodium values for the 4,500 foods contained in the AUSNUT 1999 database.

AUSNUT Special Edition (3): The third version of a database based on AUSNUT 1999 and is a compilation of three inter-related data files containing food and nutrient information on Australian foods.
