Other sources of books and journals in Adelaide
Other Catalogues
This feature allows you to search the catalogues of the three
University
libraries in Adelaide, at the same time.
From the yellow rectangular bxes across the top of the Catalogue
screen, at the right hand
end, select Other
Catalogues.
Scroll to the bottom of the
screen, and from the box of the three institution's names, Adelaide,
Flinders,
UniSA, select 1, 2 or all 3 names to search the libraries' catalogues.
Note that there are only four search options available, Title (all
items), Journal Title, Keywords (using and, or, not)
and Keyword (search engine style) as some of the search options
will not work reliably across multiple catalogues.
Access to other libraries
Reciprocal borrowing arrangements exist for students at the
universities
in Adelaide, just go to the particular University campus library
according to the location
from the catalogue. The Built Environment Library, at the City
West
Campus of the University of South Australia, is particularly useful for
Architecture students. Flinders University has a collection of
material
in architectural history and the fine arts.
