Searching

Use the same search strategy as for the Library Catalogue when you search by Keyword (use and, or, not, " ") You can develop your search strategy in the Library Catalogue [Searching by: Keyword (use and, or, not, " ") and copy and paste into the search bar of each of the databases.

These databases provide comment from a range of journals, magazines and newspapers across the Arts, Humanities, Social and Physical Sciences, Medicine and Law, and include some engineering sources.

Peer-reviewed full-text articles from some 8000 journals across the physical sciences, medicine, social sciences, arts & humanities including literature.
Has a small amount of engineering material.

Expanded academic index (EAI) 1980-
Interdisciplinary coverage of scholarly journals as well as magazines for many areas of popular culture.
Full text of articles is available for many of the journals covered.
