Importing records from Factiva

Search Factiva using Internet explorer as the browser.

At the results display, mark the references you want.
Click the computer diskette icon and select Article Format to display the tagged references.
Use Save As on Internet explorer's File menu to save the references as a .txt text file.

Then in EndNote, import the saved .txt file using the Factiva filter. If you do not already have the filter, downloaded it from EndNote: importing records to your EndNote filters directory.
