Importing records from IEEE Xplore

First conduct your search in IEEE Xplore

In your IEEE Xplore search results, mark the records you want
Click View selected items
At the Download Citations select Citation & Abstract and EndNote, Procite, RefMan from the two dropdown boxes
click >> button
When prompted, Open the file

References will be saved to an open EndNote Library or you will be prompted to select the EndNote Library where you want to save your references.
