Importing records from Web of Knowledge databases

If EndNote is installed on your search computer, you can export records directly to EndNote.
  • At the display of search results, mark the required records on each page.
  • Click Submit marks.
  • When all are marked, click Marked list at the top of the screen. Select any additional fields you need e.g abstract.
  • Click Export to Reference Software. Select the EndNote library into which you want the records to go.

If EndNote is not installed on your search computer, save the results as a text file (.txt) and later import the file into EndNote using the ISI Web of Science or Current Contents Connect filter. If you don't have the filter, download it from Importing records to your EndNote filters directory.

To import email alert messages, save the whole email message as a text file (.txt)and import that file. Use the Web of Knowledge Alert filter which you can download from Importing records.
