Asia Foundation A non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to the development of a peaceful, prosperous, just, and open Asia-Pacific region. Supports programs that help improve governance, law, and civil society; women's empowerment; economic reform and development; and international relations. The Multimedia section includes slideshows and and videos.
Asia Resources on the World Wide Web This extensive list of online resources has been compiled since July 1996 by Raymond Lum, for publication in the Asian Studies Newsletter
Libraries & Archives in South Asia (LASA) wiki A guide to South Asian libraries and archives for academics and researchers in the humanities and social sciences. Contains detailed information about libraries and archives in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Strategic Asia database From the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR), Seattle, US. Allows users to access data from 75 indicators for 37 countries in the Asia-Pacific, spanning the years 1990 to 2007. Users can either view data online, or download data sets to their computers for individual use.
