The Barrington atlas of the Greek and Roman world [print + CD-ROM] 
[This comprehensive atlas spans the entire period and spatial spread of Greek and Roman civilisation. Temporally, it covers the period from 1,000 BC/BCE to AD/CE 650.  Updates to the Atlas can be found at the Ancient World Mapping Center web site]
