English past exam papers

Previous years' exam papers are listed in the Library Catalogue if they have been sent to the Library for digitising. It's a big 'if' - the English Department has sent us very few papers in recent years. I have heard that there are some English past exam papers on MyUni. If you can't find what you are looking for on the Library Catalogue my advice is to ask your lecturer or tutor if they can help you with previous exam papers in your subject.

To find exam papers in the Library Catalogue you'll need to click on the heading Exam Papers in the Limit box. Make sure Title is selected in the Search by: box. Now type in the name (or course code) of the paper you are looking for in the Search for: box, and click on the Search button.
For example, if you are looking for ENGL1101 previous exam papers you type ENGL1101 in the Search for: box.

Here's how it looks on the screen:

The exam papers are in .pdf format and will open automatically on the computers in the Library.

If you are accessing them from outside the Library you will need to download the free program Acrobat Reader if you don't already have a copy on your computer.
There is a separate page with detailed information on Remote access to electronic resources, which includes instructions on remote access to past exam papers.
