French Studies resources

This website will help you with research in French Studies topics. I have identified the best electronic and print-based indexes you should use to find journal articles on your topic and have created a comprehensive series of web pages on research skills - showing you how to get the best results from these indexes. As well, I explain how to use the Library Catalogue to find relevant books on French Studies subjects, and how to search the web effectively.

Also on my site you'll find pages with helpful tips and techniques on essay writing and thesis preparation, including referencing and creating a bibliography - click on Writing and referencing in the Contents list below.

In the Contents list below you'll find individual pages dealing with specific French Studies topics, each with carefully selected, annotated links to the most useful web-based and Library resources on that topic. As well as identifying the best web pages, I have provided details of relevant printed and multimedia resources that are available in the Barr Smith Library.

My French Studies resources guide is intended as a one-stop shop for students and staff of the University of Adelaide's French Studies Discipline.
