This book was originally published by the Center for the Study of Intelligence and contains the full-text of a number of declassified US government documents produced by the CIA and its predecessor the Central Intelligence Group between 1946-1950.

the 1990's onwards, but the Washington Post is available full text from
1984 and the New York Times is available full text
from June 1980
and abstracts from January 1, 1969.
New York times has an archive online, 1851-1980 and 1981-.
If free full text is not available, use the database to search and then the article can be found on New York Time Microfilm MF PER3.
The last 20 or so years are availalbe on Factiva.
