Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy
The Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy (IEP) was founded in 1995 as a non-profit organization to provide open access to detailed, scholarly information on key topics and philosophers in all areas of philosophy. Coverage is quite variable; some articles (such as the one on Analytical Philosophy) are very comprehensive and include an excellent bibliography; others are very brief accounts of a topic.
Articles are peer reviewed by the IEP editors.

Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy is a dynamic encyclopedia: each entry is updated and maintained by an expert or group of experts in the field. Unlike static reference works which are fixed on the printed page or on CD-ROM, this document constantly changes with the addition of new entries and the modification of existing entries.

A Dictionary of Philosophical Terms and Names
A concise guide to technical terms and personal names. Although the entries are often brief, many include links to electronic texts and to more detailed discussions in other online resources.

You'll find some of them are shelved in the Reference collection while others are in the Main collection. To find out what is available, and their locations, search the Catalogue under the Subject Heading option Philosophy - Encyclopedias and also Philosophy - Dictionaries.

I find the most useful printed reference works are:

Routledge Encyclopedia of Philosophy. You'll find the 10-volume set in the Reference collection on Level 2 North at Call number 103 C886r.

and

The Oxford companion to philosophy, edited by Ted Honderich, 2nd edition. Find it in the Reference collection on Level 2 North at Call number 103 H771o.2.
