Search the Web for Philosophy topicsTo find specific information on philosophy topics on the web you need to use a search engine. However, try not to be fooled by the ease with which a search engine produces thousands of results as a result of your typing in some search words.
When you are searching the web for material that you intend to use in an academic environment it is crucial that you know how to judge the worth of the pages you find. It is imperative that you read the Evaluating your results section of my Search engines page before you begin your search. In my experience, 'philosophy' is one of the most misused words on the web; there are millions of spurious pages that purport to be 'philosophy' of one sort or another. You need to be able to sort the wheat from the chaff.
