Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
Founded in 1947, ACM is the world's first educational and scientific computing society.
Australian Computer Society
Established in 1966 as a result of the merger of then existing State based computer societies. It has become the recognised association for IT professionals in Australia, attracting a large and active membership from all levels of the IT industry, and providing a wide range of services and opportunities for networking and career enhancement. The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
