Electronic Journals

To locate a known full text electronic journal accessible to the University of Adelaide staff and students, search the Library&undefined;s catalogue using the "Journal Title" option. Click here for a list of electronic journals relevant to physics and mathematical physics available from our catalogue. The Library holds all the titles from ScienceDirect( except for a few), Springer, Wiley, Cambridge University Press, JStor (backset of journals), IEEE publications (excluding IEEE conference publications).

Similarly to find print journals in the Library, search the Library's catalogue using "Journal or Newspaper Title" search option.

Current journal issues

  • The Library catalogue subscription summary screen shows the most recent issue of a print journal received.
  • Document delivery can supply for a charge articles not available electronically or in the Library.
  • Binding

Unbound journal issues take about 6 weeks to be bound. The Copy status screens in the catalogue show volumes at the binders with &undefined;Binding&undefined; in the Status column of the volume. The Binding list option on the library catalogue menu shows the due date of return from binders.
