MAP LIBRARIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
The Map Library of the Department of Geographical & Environmental Studies is a major source for maps of Australia & Southeast Asia. It also houses a sizeable collection of aerial photographs, mainly related to South Australia. To access the Map Library contact Ms. C. Crothers in the Department.
Due to a shortage of space in the Map Library, the University of Adelaide Library houses a proportion of their collection - covering mainly Europe, Africa and the Americas. Maps in this part of their collection are listed in the library catalogue.
The State Library of South Australia is another major resource for maps.
