Library notices
The following notices are sent regarding standard loans to assist you manage your transactions:
- courtesy notice two days before the due date
- overdue notice at one day
- overdue notice at ten days
Overdue notices for high use, Reserve and Recalled items will be sent more frequently.
All library notices are sent to your University email address. If you are not using this as your primary email address it is your responsibility to arrange forwarding from your University email address.
Courtesy, request available and recall notices are also sent by SMS where a mobile phone number is registered in your staff or student record. University staff wishing to receive SMS messages should register their mobile number in SSO. If you prefer not to receive SMS messages from the library, please email Service Enquiries.
