Scanning material in the Library

Scanning to USB is available on all Ricoh photocopiers. Instructions for scanning are posted near each machine.  Your USB needs to be in FAT format. Note that some USB brands - particularly novelty USBs - may not be useable with the Ricoh machines.

There is no charge for scanning.

Ricoh copiers are located in the Barr Smith Library on levels 1, 2 and 3 near the main stairs; also on levels 1 and 2 north near the computer suites.  In addition, a Ricoh copier is available in the Law Library.

Special Collections on Level 1 South can arrange scans of Special Collections material only.

The charges are:

• up to 10 pages: $10.00
• each additional page: $ 1.00
• if on a disc: $ 2.00 extra
