The minute books for 1889-1937 appear to have been deposited with the Library in the 1960s. All other records were transferred to the Library by the Society in April 2003. At the request of the Society access to all records apart from the originally deposited early minutes (ie Series 1 v.1-3) requires the written authorization of the current President of the Society.
