Day to day financial, infrastructure and administrative management is the responsibility of the Principal, Administrator, office, library, maintenance, catering and cleaning staff.

The responsibility for academic and student welfare of the students lies with the Academic Senior Staff which consists of the Principal, Dean and Senior Tutor. The Senior Staff work closely with the team of residential tutors who provide direct academic and student welfare assistance to students in their academic discipline and within their living environment.

Governance of the College lies in the hands of the College Council. This is a representative body with members drawn from the Uniting Church (after its formation from the Methodist, Congregationalist and Presbyterian Churches in 1977), the Universities, present and past Collegians. Students are also members of various Council sub-committees involved in formulating College policy.

The College has a strong Anti-Harassment Policy and appoints and trains a number of Contact Officers from the student body to assist with implementation of the policy.
