Adelaide Microarray Centre
The Adelaide Microarray Centre is a core facility for microarray services located within the Institute of Medical and Veterinary Science. The centre was jointly established by the University of Adelaide and the Hanson Institute in 2001 and has the instrumentation for performing Affymetrix, Agilent and spotted microarray experiments.
The Facility has expertise in:
- Printing microarrays
- Probe generation - Cy3/Cy5 labeling
- Scanning of microarray slides
- Data Analysis
More information about the Facility is available on the web site . Alternatively, contact Mark Van Der Hoek on +(61 8) 8222 3657 or visit the IMVS Building, room B-5-N.
