The School of Molecular and Biomedical Science is a dynamic teaching and research institution that strives for excellence in teaching and research.

The School currently comprises:

28 academic staff, 135 fellows and research staff
150 postgraduate research students; 30 Honours students
17 professional support staff; 40 research technical staff, associates and visitors

The Molecular Life Sciences Building (6 floors) which is a teaching resource centre housing 39 research laboratories, with shared equipment and central support areas and specialist research facilities.
